“Kerry Express” joins forces with “The Mall Group” to introduce service points at Gourmet Market, starting with five pilot branches to address the growth in e-commerce and online shopping, with a special promotion to giveaway 30 baht voucher over 100 baht on delivery fees

Kerry Express, the country’s leading express delivery company provider joins forces with The Mall Group to add service points at Gourmet Market, Thailand’s leading premium supermarket offering a wide array of consumer products managed by The Mall Group. Kerry Express will bring express delivery service to meet the needs of consumer. Hence, they can now shop and ship from the same place.
Mr. Dave Liu, Director of Business Operations, Kerry Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited or KEX said, “We have recently upgraded the system to improve our express delivery services together with Gourmet Market to cater the modern lifestyle. Customers can shop and ship their items at the same place while they can also select various parcel sizes at Gourmet Market and have their items delivered nationwide.
Additionally, Kerry will also add other services, such as:
- Kerry Drop Off: Customers can drop off their parcels for delivery. This service aims to facilitate e-commerce businesses.
- Selling Ready Boxes: Customers can buy parcel boxes in various sizes, from mini to M+.

Currently, Kerry Express has piloted five branches participating at various Gourmet Market locations including The Mall Life store Thapra, The Mall Life store Ngamwongwan, The Mall Bangkapi, EmQuartier, and Paragon Department Store. In addition, we are planning to expand more branches to converge all services in order to bring more convenience to customers.
On the occasion of the launch of the new service, Kerry Express and The Mall Group will organize a special promotion for customers who are M-Card members who use express delivery services of all sizes at Gourmet Market 5 participating branches.
