Kerry Express joins hands with Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University to further expand academic cooperation as pilot project to all universities in Thailand.

Kerry Express supports Thailand's educational community to move forward in social development by joining hands with Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University to set up a program "Academic Cooperation between the Company and the University".   This is the pilot project and such cooperation will be launched with other universities in the country.

Mr. Warawut Natpradith, Deputy General Manager, Commercial of Kerry Express (Thailand) Co., Ltd.said “We know that the key driver of a successful company is the employees. Our company well-recognizes the importance of the new generation as a driving force for business growth, therefore it is important to start to cultivate and develop them as early as possible with the combination of academic, research, and working experience, and that is the reason why we created this project. While we provide students practical opportunities to learn the work processes in real situation, we also aim at providing academic knowledge to them via different programs such as Bachelor of Business Administration, Management, Logistics Management and Supply Chain Management.  The students will be trained directly by our experienced staff.  The program includes:

1) Exchange of academic knowledge, or provide related training in accordance with the defined objectives and agreement
2) Provide student internship in order to enhance quality for graduates
3) Knowledge sharing by professional lecturers or academic advisors to provide the education with respect to quality and regulations of undergraduate studies.
4) Establishment of educational activities to create opportunities for students and to equip the qualified graduates to meet the needs of enterprises and labor markets.

With such educational scheme, students can have a deep and thorough understanding of work processes which allows them to be more prepared for their career success in the future.

“We are very honored and grateful that Kerry Express has given our students an opportunity to participate in this program.” Dr.Yuttakorn Ritthaisong, Dean at Faculty of Management Science, Nakhon Ratchasima Rajabhat University said,“By sharing the experiences in the workplace, this would enable our students to think from different perspectives and ideas, and be better equipped and prepared for the future career.”
