Kerry Express (Thailand) receives ISO 9001:2015 certification

 

Kerry Express (Thailand), country’s leading parcel delivery services company, announces that they have been certified under ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management) by Lloyd’s Register (LRQA), one of the world’s top independent assessment services providers.  Representatives from LRQA have presented the certificate to Mr. Michael Choi, Director and General Manager, Kerry Express (Thailand) Co. Ltd. , at Kerry Express headquarters in Bangrak, Bangkok, recently.

 

International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 sets out the criteria for a quality management system. This standard is based on several quality management principles including strong customer focus, motivation and implication of top management, process approach, risk-based thinking and continual improvement.  ISO 9001:2015 helps ensure that customers get consistent and good quality services.
