Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IE or related field.
1. Configures and supports all applications in Production.
2. Issue resolution and/or root cause analysis of operational issues and main documentation supporting resolution.
3. Follow all established processes and standard IT.
4. Diagnosis and troubleshooting daily issues.
5. Work effectively within team to identify and resolve issues.
1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IE or related field.
2. Experience minimum 1-3 years in application support
3. Experience with ticking system, SQL server & SQL reporting
