What is the maximum dimension and weight of a drop off parcel?

A drop off parcel’s dimension should not exceed 180 cm (with each side not exceeding 100 cm). Weight should not exceed 30 kgs.

What is the maximum number of parcels I can drop at any given time?

100 parcels/person/ shop.

What is the cut-off time for dropping shipments?

Cut-off time depends on the drop off location, kindly refer to the KEX website to see the cut-off times for each drop off service point near you.

Do we need to pay at the counter whenever we drop parcels?

No need to pay for the delivery fee.

Do we need to show an ID card whenever we drop our parcels?

Only for KEX Retail Service Points and partners. If drop off at KEX shop, no need to show

How will KEX compensate us for lost & damaged cases?
