4 Simple Steps to Find Out Your Delivery Fee

Select your parcel origin and delivery destinations

First, select your parcel origin and delivery destinations at the top of the page.
When delivering within the city, select the same city for both destinations.

Select your package type

Choose one of the three parcel packaging types below:
  • Boxes
  • Sealed Plastic Bag
  • Envelopes
If your parcel packaging does not match any of the types above, please consult our support team to find the most suitable packing for your parcel.

Enter your parcel dimension

Select your parcel dimension, ranging between 0 to 280cm.
To measure your parcel dimension, add the width, height and length of your parcel.
* For parcels with dimensions beyond our parcel acceptance policy (>280cm) we recommend splitting up your parcels into two parcels.

Choose your parcel weight

Choose your parcel weight between 0 to 30 kg.
For parcels weighing beyond our parcel acceptance policy (>30KG) we recommend splitting up your parcels into two parcels.

Notes

  1. Parcel price estimations are only based on data input, fees could alter depending on the actual package dimension. Please check for your parcel fees at Kerry Express Parcel Shop.
  2. For delivery service to remote areas, a surcharge of 50 baht per parcel will be applied.
  3. For Cash On Delivery (COD) service, a surcharge of 3% of the product value will be applied for each parcel.
