3 Simple Steps to Find Out Your Delivery Fee

Select your parcel origin and delivery destinations

First, select your parcel origin and delivery destinations at the top of the page.

Choose your parcel weight

Choose your parcel weight between 0.01 to 30 kg. For parcels weighing beyond our parcel acceptance policy (>30 kg) we recommend splitting up your parcels into two parcels.

Enter your parcel dimension

Select your parcel dimension, ranging between 0 to 205 cm. To measure your parcel dimension, add the width, height and length of your parcel. (Length + Width + Height)
* For parcels with dimensions beyond our parcel acceptance policy (>205 cm) we recommend splitting up your parcels into two parcels.

Remark

  1. Parcel price estimations are only based on data input, fees could alter depending on the actual package dimension. Please check for your parcel fees at KEX Parcel Shop or with courier.
  2. For delivery service to remote areas, a surcharge of 50 baht per parcel will be applied.
    • Delivery time is an estimate based on distance only.
    • Remote areas will have an extra charge of 50 baht per parcel.
    • These following provinces; Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwas, there is no extra charge for remote delivery service area if sending parcels within the same province.
    • Any changes, it’s notified at its branches and on KEX website th.kex-express.com
    3. * The extra charge lists for remote areas are follows:-
    • 50 baht/parcel for weight ≤ 7 kg or sum of dimension ≤ 90 cm
    • 100 baht/parcel for weight is 7.01-20 kg or sum of dimension is 90.01-155 cm
    • 200 baht/parcel for weight is 20.01-30 kg or sum of dimension is 155.01-205 cm
    ** The extra charge lists for remote areas are follows:-
    • 60 baht/parcel for weight ≤ 7 kg or sum of dimension ≤ 90 cm
    • 130 baht/parcel for weight is 7.01-20 kg or sum of dimension is 90.01-155 cm
    • 230 baht/parcel for weight is 20.01-30 kg or sum of dimension is 155.01-205 cm
  3. For Cash On Delivery (COD) service, a surcharge of 2.4% of the product value will be applied for each parcel.
