Kerry Express or KEX is appointed Thailand Sustainability Investment (THSI) under service category by the SET, in less than one year after listing. This reflects KEX’s commitment to integrate innovation for economic contribution, employee development, social and environmental responsibilities. THSI’s criteria considers environmental, social and governance (ESG) guidelines and practices to support responsible business operations based on good governance.

Following several initiatives, including “Kerry Express Grow Green” which is the pilot project to integrate electric motorcycles to deliver parcels with the purpose of energy consumption reduction based on environmentally responsible practices.  “Kerry Care” to support and express gratitude to over 20,000 employees for their dedication during the pandemic and also encouraged employees to receive vaccinations. In collaboration with public and private sectors, Kerry assisted the distribution of medical equipment, PAPR, and PPE to frontliners and to those who were affected. Kerry Express prioritizes the safety of employees and consumers and have integrated technology like contactless delivery, and contactless payment to promote safe services.

To be included on the “THSI” list, listed companies must meet the SET’s eligibility criteria and earn a minimum of 50% mark in each dimension. These criteria include 17 general indicators covering economic (including corporate governance), social, and environmental dimensions, as well as industry-specific indicators. This complies with Kerry’s commitment to providing quality services, enriching our society, caring for our staff and being responsible to our stakeholders and investors.
