Kerry Express (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Kerry Express”), a leading express delivery service in Thailand have joined forces with Betagro Group, Thailand’s leading agro-industrial and food company, to launch a delivery platform for frozen and refrigerated foods under the brand ‘Kerry Cool’. The platform will operate under the company “Kerry Betagro Company Limited” which will be Thailand’s first cold delivery platform emphasizing world-class quality, technology, equipment, wide range of value-added services as well as being affordable in price.  Kerry Cool’s hub-and-spoke delivery methodology will be optimal for a variety of products, ranging from chilled fresh produce and meats to frozen foods.

Whereby the market itself is highly fragmented with unpredictable standard measures and inconsistent services. We saw demands not served. Our temperature-controlled truck can be tracked real-time with consistent temperature monitoring from first to last mile. Kerry Cool will be available for both Walk-In customers at Kerry Express and Betagro Group stores as well as by Door to Door (D2D) pick-up booked from mobile and web application at launch.
